|Recommended: YesBeautiful place — Not only was the application process quick and easy but the approval time was same day The staff here is super sweet and makes everything very easy. There is ample parking space I just work night shifts so for me it’s hard to find a spot since everyone else is already home.

|Recommended: YesReview — Very nice community with great amenities. Most areas are clean except for some walkways next to the front doors of the apartments. Parking is first come first serve, hard to find good parking at night. The staff is very kind and helpful.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance Of Stairwells — The only notes I would make are that the rails are always covered in dust or pollen. The walls covered in dead bugs especially by the lights.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live... — I love living here.... This is the first aparmtent complex that I have actually enjoy the amenities.
Layla is my girl in the office always helpful but in reality all the staff is amazing, friendly and easy to deal with.
It is not perfect but then again nothing in life is...I recommend this community without any reservations.

|Recommended: YesIt is an amazing property and the management is awesome — I love living here, all of the amentities are well taken care of and easily accessible to use, a lot of parking and close to most major cities and fun life.

|Recommended: YesNice place to call home — The Glenn is in a convenient place, especially because I'm a UCF student. The staff are very nice and living here is nice.
|Recommended: YesI love The Glenn — I love the Glenn, compared to other housing options in the UCF area it's definitely the one to go with. The only complaint I have is my neighbors blaring music till 3 am almost every weekend. It's kinda unbearable how loud and inconsiderate they are to their neighbors. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear everything. Also, Maintence is a 50 50. They usually fix all issues quickly, but some of my move-in complaints have still not been addressed. One of them being warped flooring and a musty smell of the carpet. Overall, 4 5. I have lived in far worse places in the UCF area and this one seems the most active with parking and cleanliness.
