Lots of people have dogs which is great because my pug now has a squad he likes to play with. The main complex pool is very nice but the side pool near the last row of apartments could use some updating. Lots of parking and the grounds are clean and well maintained. We will be living here for a while because the area is nice and the value for the apartment is good.

The physical apartments are on the higher average range compared to other places in Orlando that I lived. In the year I lived here I would only have one complaint of price increases. Going from a year lease to month to month results in a 600 a month increase.

I use the pool and 24hr gym daily, and the proximity to campus is extremely convenient as a student. Above all, my neighbors are always welcoming and the staff is always very helpful. Especially the maintenance team, they always work quickly when I need something fixed around the house.

It is close to the university, but far enough out that the complex isn't filled with college students. The staff is always friendly and the maintenance staff is top notch. We weren't happy to find out that the Muscovy population is sometimes rounded up and removed likely killed by a service that the apartments sometimes hire. They are friendly though, we NEVER feed them, as that is wrong , they keep the bug population, especially the mosquitos, to a minimum, and they are enjoyable to watch. I just wish the staff would become more educated about why these beautiful animals are considered invasive and that is because of human influence. I am an animal advocate and a human-nonhuman animal scholar, so when I found that out, I almost chose to move. However, this is a temporary stay and besides this issue, we have been very happy living here. The grounds are always kept clean with the exception of many residents who do not pick up after their dogs , the apartment layout is spacious and well kept, and the lake views are lovely. We have felt safe and welcome in this community. We would recommend it to others with the caveat about the Muscovy population.

Lynn, Shannon, Sophia and Carmen are so helpful and accommodating and Calvin in maintenance I liked my apartment but I had to move for more room and closer proximity to my obligations, but I'll definitely miss the team– I wish I could move them with me lol . Definitely stellar service and resident care at The Glenn Apartments

I will say that I have to pay 30 a month for a fireplace that is not functional at all, which sucks, but I love the vaulted ceilings, even though it isn't vaulted in the bedroom. I was highly led to believe that the apartment was fully upgraded, but when I got it, it turns out only the appliances were upgraded, so black, even though the fridge is dented. I had a lot of maintenance issues when I first moved in as well, but they were handled for the most part. There are lots of dogs around and ducks.

The 24-hour gym is well kept and is such a nice amenity. The only thing I could recommend is to have the pools cleaned more often once the weather starts getting warmer. The staff and maintenance are always helpful and willing to solve problems right away. I really enjoy living here

submitted by Kaustubh V. - |Recommended: YesAmazing place to stay. Proximity to UCF, Corporate blvd and SR417 Dean exit is a plus. — Its an amazing place to live. Inspite of being on the University Boulevard, once you enter the community its very quite and calm. Proximity to UCF and Corporate Boulevard is a plus. Staff is very helpful.
