|Recommended: YesNice staff — The management staff and maintenance staff are always helpful. They can always solve your problems on time.
|Recommended: YesI love living at the Glenn — I have lived here for about 7 months now and LOVE it Any work orders are always resolved within 24 hours, amenities are amazing, and staff is really helpful. I would definitely recommend
|Recommended: YesA decent starter apartment — The complex is nice enough you're paying a lot of the amenities and the upkeep on the grounds. Apartments have interesting layouts. Have had some issues with maintenance and recurring water damage as well. When I moved, I had a very tight schedule to find a place, and they were the only apartment complex that would show me a unit on a Saturday, which was appreciated. Staff have been friendly and helpful.
|Recommended: YesVery clean and pretty — Nice and quiet
|Recommended: NoGood — wonderfull
|Recommended: YesThe Glenn Apartment Community helps me feel my inner pease — I really enjoy living at the Glenn. I appreciate how quiet the community it is, considering being off University Blvd. I very much enjoy how neighborly and green the property is it is also very close to UCF which makes my commute a lot shorter. I only wish that there was a light to make entering and leaving the community a lot easier, but other than that, this apartment has been the best apartment I've lived in so far compared to previous apartments I've lived in within the UCF Waterford area.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Leila in the leasing office was super helpful throughout our application and moving process. The amenities are well maintained and great for the common person. No complaints about the apartment other than some units, like mine, don't have ceiling fans. But for a 1 1 and my first apartment not related to student housing it's great, and lots of places like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are nearby. Would consider renewing if I didn't have to move out of state in a year for grad school.
Thank you for the great review! We always strive to provide excellent customer service and am glad to hear that Layla is living the pledge daily with our residents.
|Recommended: YesGood experience — Our apartment is now being upgraded, so we are excited for that. Parking is great as well as excellent location.
|Recommended: YesFriendly Place to Live. — The staff, maintenance team, and neighbors are very nice. Lots of students, young couples and young professionals live here. Lots of people have dogs which is great because my pug now has a squad he likes to play with. The main complex pool is very nice but the side pool near the last row of apartments could use some updating. Lots of parking and the grounds are clean and well maintained. We will be living here for a while because the area is nice and the value for the apartment is good.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Place to Live — The Glenn is overall a great place to live. The outdoor environment is beautiful and well kept. The physical apartments are on the higher average range compared to other places in Orlando that I lived. In the year I lived here I would only have one complaint of price increases. Going from a year lease to month to month results in a 600 a month increase.
|Recommended: YesA Nice and Peaceful Place — A nice place a little bit expensive
|Recommended: YesEverything I Needed in an Apartment — I love living at the Glenn. I use the pool and 24hr gym daily, and the proximity to campus is extremely convenient as a student. Above all, my neighbors are always welcoming and the staff is always very helpful. Especially the maintenance team, they always work quickly when I need something fixed around the house.
|Recommended: YesGood — Nice but a little pricey.
|Recommended: YesGreat place — The building is quiet. The staff are very nice. Things get done in a timely manner. Overall no complaints.
|Recommended: YesOverall happy — Overall, we are pleased living here, especially as it is a temporary three year stay in Orlando. It is close to the university, but far enough out that the complex isn't filled with college students. The staff is always friendly and the maintenance staff is top notch. We weren't happy to find out that the Muscovy population is sometimes rounded up and removed likely killed by a service that the apartments sometimes hire. They are friendly though, we NEVER feed them, as that is wrong , they keep the bug population, especially the mosquitos, to a minimum, and they are enjoyable to watch. I just wish the staff would become more educated about why these beautiful animals are considered invasive and that is because of human influence. I am an animal advocate and a human-nonhuman animal scholar, so when I found that out, I almost chose to move. However, this is a temporary stay and besides this issue, we have been very happy living here. The grounds are always kept clean with the exception of many residents who do not pick up after their dogs , the apartment layout is spacious and well kept, and the lake views are lovely. We have felt safe and welcome in this community. We would recommend it to others with the caveat about the Muscovy population.
