- Full Term – 12-month leases

Do you offer roommate matching?
We do not offer roommate matching services.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! There are no breed restrictions. Pet rent is $20/month for one pet and $35/month for two pets.

Are there any other charges or fees?

What is Renter's Insurance?
We require all residents have an insurance plan with a $100k liability. We offer this plan for a low rate of $13 per month. You also have the option of providing your personal renter's insurance as an alternative. Any third-party plans must meet the minimum coverage requirements.
What about coverage for my personal items?
Personal Contents Coverage "PCON", is optional. Renters Insurance does not cover personal items. We offer Personal Content Coverage for $5 monthly. PCON plans have a $500 deductible with a $4k worth of coverage available.
Do you all have an after hours Service Team?
Yes, we have a service team that responds to emergency requests after hours.
Is there Parking available?
Yes, we have free open parking for our residents and guests.
When can I move in?
At 3 pm on the first day of your lease agreement.
Can I build credit by renting an apartment?
Yes! Build your credit by paying your rent on time! Rent Plus is an add-on service that enables you to build your credit by simply paying your rent on time. This means no additional lines of credit, no loans, no credit cards, and no high interest rates. Pay your rent on time each month and Rent Plus will take care of the rest. Ask the office for details about enrolling!
How do I receive mail and packages?
Your mail is delivered to the mailbox, located at the front of the office. Your packages are delivered directly to your front door or the Amazon Hub Locker, located in our 24/7 Fitness Center.
What is the Resident Portal?
The Resident Portal allows you to pay rent online, set up auto-pay, and submit service requests directly from your phone or computer. Click here to log into your Resident Portal account.
What are my options to break my lease?
We offer two options to break your lease.
Lease Buy-Out: You pay two months of rent.
Sublease: You find someone to take over your current lease. Once, you've found someone to sublease your apartment please contact the office.
What is a lease renewal?
A lease renewal extends your stay at The Glenn from six to twelve months.
Is another background/credit check required of the resident or guarantor?
Nope, your guarantor does not have to re-sign. An updated background and credit check may be required of you.
When do I start paying my new rate?
On the first day of your new lease agreement. Typically the first day of the month.
I recently moved in, is it too early to renew my lease?
No. Renewing your lease early provides the most benefit to you. By renewing early, you will secure your space and take advantage of the best pricing available.
How do I renew my lease?
1. Open your "Renewal Offer" email from us.
2. Review the terms, and click "Accept".
3. Follow the prompts to sign the new lease agreement.
